<h3>Che cos'è</h3>
<div>
<p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px">Il certificato di idoneità alloggiativa attesta l'abitabilità dell'alloggio in cui vive il cittadino straniero, ovvero certifica che l'alloggio stesso rientri nei parametri minimi previsti dalla legge per gli alloggi di edilizia residenziale pubblica.<br />
Il Comune rilascia la certificazione di idoneità di alloggio per i locali in uso o di proprietà dei cittadini immigrati; la certificazione è necessaria nel caso di:</p>

<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>ricongiungimento familiare</li>
<li>rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno</li>
<li>richiesta carta di soggiorno</li>
<li>motivi di lavoro</li>
</ul>
<h3>Come fare</h3>

<p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px">I moduli per la richiesta della certificazione di idoneità sono disponibili presso l'Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico (o scaricabili dalla rete).<br />
Alla domanda deve essere allegata una marca da bollo e devono essere allegati, in copia/originale, i seguenti documenti:</p>

<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>documento di riconoscimento valido: carta di identità o permesso di soggiorno</li>
<li>contratto di locazione o comodato gratuito registrato</li>
<li>contratto di acquisto o ultimo bollettino pagamento ICI/IMU</li>
<li>planimetria dell'alloggio controfirmata dal Tecnico e dal Richiedente</li>
<li>visura catastale</li>
<li>certificazione in originale a firma di tecnico abilitato o rilasciata dalla competente ASL, dalla quale risulti che l'alloggio, per il quale si richiede la certificazione, abbia i requisiti igienico-sanitari nonché abbia idoneità abitativa di cui al Decreto 5 luglio 1975 del Ministero della Sanità <strong>(</strong><em><strong>solo nel caso di ricongiungimento familiare</strong></em><strong>)</strong></li>

<p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px">La domanda deve essere presentata dalla persona cui è intestato il contratto (o da un co-intestatario).<br />
Nel caso in cui l'intestatario del contratto sia un italiano, la domanda deve essere presentata dal proprietario dell'abitazione.<br />

<p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px">La circolare n. 7170 del 18 novembre specifica che "la certificazione relativa all’idoneità abitativa potrà fare riferimento alla normativa contenuta nel Decreto ministeriale 5 luglio del 1975 che stabilisce i requisiti igienico-sanitari principali dei locali di abitazione e che precisa anche i requisiti minimi di superficie degli alloggi, in relazione al numero previsto degli occupanti".<br />

Al fine quindi di assicurare una interpretazione omogenea su tutto il territorio nazionale la nuova tabella di riferimento è la seguente:<br />

per ogni abitante successivo + 10 mq<br />
<br />
<strong>Composizione dei locali</strong><br />
Stanza da letto per 1 persona - 9mq<br />
Stanza da letto per 2 persone - 14mq<br />
+ una stanza soggiorno di 14mq<br />
<br />
<strong>Per gli alloggi mono-stanza</strong><br />
1 persona - 28 mq (comprensivi del bagno)<br />
2 persone - 38 mq (comprensivi del bagno)<br />
<br />
<strong>Altezze minime</strong><br />
Gli alloggi dovranno avere una altezza minima di 2,7 mt derogabili a 2,55 mt per i comuni montani e a 2,4 mt per i corridoi, i bagni, i disimpegni e i ripostigli<br />
<br />
<strong>Aerazione</strong><br />
Soggiorno e cucina devono essere muniti di finestra apribile mentre i bagni dovranno essere dotati, se non finestrati, di impianto di aspirazione meccanica<br />
<br />
<strong>Impianto di riscaldamento</strong><br />
Gli alloggi dovranno essere muniti di impianto di riscaldamento ove le condizioni climatiche lo rendano necessario</p>

<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm">Tutte le richieste di cui al punto precedente devono recare l’attestazione dell’avvenuto versamento dei diritti dovuti, in mancanza dei quali l’ufficio non procederà alla lavorazione e successivo riscontro.</p>
